Two ways to fund your treatment

NHS-funded & self-funded

NHS-funded

Funded through the NHS

We specialise in NHS referrals from Gender Identity Clinics. You'll need a referral from your GIC or GP โ€” we're not able to refer you directly. Email us and we'll guide you through it.

  • Treatment can usually start within 2 weeks of choosing us as your provider
  • Face: up to 8 laser sessions, 12 electrolysis, or a mix of both
  • Surgical-site epilation: you may be entitled to multiple courses of electrolysis or laser
Self-funded

Self-funding

Self-funding is an option to top up your NHS treatments, or to get started while you wait for approval. We can treat individual areas or full body, with both laser and electrolysis.

  • Start straight away โ€” no referral needed
  • Individual areas or full body
  • Same transparent prices as our main laser page

Experienced & understanding

You're in expert, caring hands

Our therapists are Level 4 qualified Laser & Light specialists, and our head therapist has over ten years of hair-removal experience. We have both male and female therapists available, and our prices are the same for everyone, regardless of gender.

We use a true Alexandrite and Nd:YAG laser for the widest range of skin tones and hair colours, with electrolysis for white, grey or very fine hair that laser can't treat โ€” so we can see your whole journey through.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a referral for NHS-funded treatment?
Yes โ€” you'll need a referral from your Gender Identity Clinic (GIC) or GP. We're not able to refer you directly, but if you email us we'll explain the process and what to ask for.
How soon can treatment start?
Once you have your referral and have chosen us as your provider, treatment can usually begin within about two weeks, starting with a consultation and patch test.
Laser or electrolysis โ€” which will I have?
It depends on your hair and skin. Laser is fast and ideal for darker hair; electrolysis treats white, grey and very fine hair that laser can't. Many clients have a tailored combination of both, and we'll advise at your consultation.
Can I self-fund while I wait for NHS approval?
Absolutely. Many clients self-fund to get started, or to top up their NHS treatments. You can treat individual areas or full body โ€” no referral needed to begin.
Do you offer surgical-site (pre-op) hair removal?
Yes. We provide pre-surgical epilation for vaginoplasty and phalloplasty, with both laser and electrolysis. NHS-funded clients may be entitled to multiple courses.
Is the clinic a safe and welcoming space?
Yes. We provide a safe, respectful and welcoming environment for members of the transgender community, with male and female therapists available on request.
